About Course

I’ve spent the last decade practicing this secret (by secret I simply mean relatively unknown method), of releasing or letting go of repressed emotion. But not only emotion, but all thoughts, beliefs, limits, and identities. It is a way to go free of the world, to face all fears, and also, to find tranquility and success. This practice can be done anywhere in setting: during a speech, before a performance, in the middle of a life crisis, or simply when someone cuts you traffic. I hold a degree in Psychology and am nearly finished with my masters in Neuroscience – I anticipate my thesis being in part on looking at emotion, and to see what neuroscience has to say about repressed emotion. I am also interested in consciousness (which comes up in this program). We also explore the nature of emotions – going through the negative emotions in depth, and how emotions often arise in the mind as layers. Lastly, we delve deeper into the topic with interviews, FAQs, and what releasing can do for your spiritual practice.
